“The Luggage had an elemental nature, absolutely no brain, a homicidal attitude towards anything that threatened its master, and [Rincewind] wasn’t quite sure that its inside occupied the same space-time framework as its outside.”
Terry Pratchett, “The Colour of Magic”

I like the idea of owning a multi-legged chest that follows you everywhere, acts as your bodyguard and gives you just what you need every time you open it, so that’s why I named my personal blog after it!
As it is indeed a personal blog, you will find here excerpts of my everyday life in Madrid (Spain) Saint Nazaire (France), where as a Spanish 27-year-old, I’m still trying to find my place. In the meantime, I like to spend time in the kitchen, hanging out with friends, going to the movies and thinking out loud some random and silly thoughts — and that’s what I write about! I find the time to do some fiction reading, so I might talk about that too. I also love travelling and sightseeing, thus I hope I will be able to fill this blog with my trip tales to share them with you!
I hope you’ll find here something to your liking or, at least, something to make you smile if only for a moment!
All the best,
-Marta-
PS: the Luggage drawing above was not done by me, I found it here at The L-Space Web Site, and I admit I increased the contrast for better appreciation of it.
Here you are Marta! I’ve been wondering about your new blog. It looks fabulous. I like your luggage drawing. Looking forward to reading more, BL
Thanks for your nice comment! Yes, here I am, not posting very often, but nevertheless… You’re welcome here anytime!!
Wasn’t sure where to put this but…
Happy Birthday martadc! I hope you have had a wonderful day and evening!
Thanks Kerryn!
And yes, I had a delightful evening in the company of some of my friends!
You have an interesting blog. Check out my blog for the answer to your comment. =)
Beautiful image at the top of your blog!
Thank you Caroline!
I took it on my trip to Ile aux Moines – I am an avid photographer, shooting right and left whenever I see something I like, and sometimes inspiration strikes gold… I took around 120 pictures that day, this one is my favorite!
